MobiWeb is actively looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our Greek offices. Job holders will be responsible to help customers with issues related to their b2b accounts, provide product/services information with accuracy and efficiency, ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction in a strictly professional way.
- Monitor systems and quality of service.
- Help customers with issues and solve problems.
- Provide accurate information to customer queries.
- Interact and collaborate with other departments in order to identify solutions for our customers.
- Utilize customer feedback, reporting what you observe to the management team in order to improve our customer service and products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent / Professional command of English language (oral and written).
- Excellent computer skills (Web Browsers, Email Clients, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, tables etc.).
- MobiWeb operates a 24/7 support model so the ability to work night shift and weekends is required.
- Excellent / Professional command of 2nd foreign language (oral and written) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of crisis management principles
- Excellent / Professional command of 3rd foreign language (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Technical and IT business telecommunications
This position requires dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically. Job holders will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries / support requests and resolve customer complaints. Proficient knowledge of a second foreign language, besides English, will be considered as an additional advantage.
